4 Eligibility Requirements:
-Canadian Resident
-No access to dental insurance
-You and your spouse/common-law-partner have filed your tax returns in Canada for the previous year.
-Adjusted family net income is less than $90,000
During your visit, our team will:
- Help verify your eligibility
- Handle the direct billing
- Explain what’s covered under your plan
